i'm theresa (she/her), a dedicated and enthusiastic artist at heart with special interests in collaborative, intersectional, and funky artistic and educational processes. growing up in historic and artistic richmond, virginia, i've spent my life in and out of all kinds of cultural institutions, happily. i discovered my love for dramaturgy and the intersection of museum and theatrical work while studying art history, museum studies, and theatre at james madison university. take a peak at my work and reach out. let's work together!

what am i up to?

in may 2025, i graduated with my BA in art history, museum studies, and theatre from james madison university in harrisonburg, va. check out my senior showcase material here.

i served as the new work dramaturg for EXTRACURRICULAR, a new immersive musical by thomas schultheis in the workshop in midlothian, va in june 2025. view more on my theatre projects page.

i worked at the williamstown theatre festival as an audience engagement assistant for their 71st season and serving as the dramaturg for the second block of the williamstown underground reading series. view more on my theatre projects page.

i am currently working as the community engagement museum fellow at the taubman museum of art in roanoke, va.

i am a script reader for seven devils new play foundry's 2026 playwrights conference.
